The Administration Department for the City of College Place is led by City Administrator Pat Reay.  Mr. Reay has been with the City as its chief administrative officer since September of 2004, and is the liaison between the City Council and the various City departments.

Under the direction of the Mayor, the City Administrator is the direct supervisor for all departments within the City.  Mr. Reay is also responsible for managing departmental expenditures, preparation of the annual budget and its administration after adoption, and representing the City at meetings with other governmental units, agencies, commissions, and associations.
