City Clerk / Finance
The city clerk is responsible for maintaining public records custody and retention, fulfilling public information requests, updating and managing city's municipal code, and publication of city ordinances.

Community Development
The purpose of the Community Development Department is to facilitate orderly growth and development of the city, protect the health, safety, and general welfare of city residents, promote sound economic development, and protect property values.

The staff of the Building Department is ready to help customers with any questions they may have regarding requirements for building or remodeling in College Place.

Human Resources
The Human Resources Department is responsible for recruitment, retention, labor relations, payroll, and benefits administration.

The College Place Fire Department is proud to be the emergency services provider for the citizens of College Place, Washington.

The College Place Police Department is a public-service oriented agency. The primary reason for the department’s existence hinges on this premise.

Public Works & Engineering
The Public Works Department oversees the maintenance and development of the city's street, water and wastewater infrastructure in consultation with the City Engineer.
