County Offers New ABCD Dental Program

Want to keep your kids cavity free? Walla Walla County’s ABCD Dental Program can help!

Who is eligible:

-Children, birth up to 6th birthday
-With a Medicaid coupon
-Living in Walla Walla County

What this program does:

-Helps you find a dentist
-Gives your children a great start in life by making sure baby teeth are healthy
-Gets children seen by a dentist as early as age one, as recommended by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry
-Provides an easy exam with child in parent’s arms, not in a dental chair
-Prevents tooth pain later on in life

Dental benefits:

-3 fluoride varnish applications yearly
-2 dental exams yearly
-2 parent education sessions per child yearly
-Restorative care as needed
