The staff of the Building Department is ready to help you with any questions you may have regarding requirements for building or remodeling in College Place. We are located at 619 S College Avenue, behind City Hall. Our hours are 8-5 Monday through Thursday, and 8-4 on Friday, closed every day from 12-1.
