We, as members of the College Place Police Department, empowered by our community, will constantly strive to provide our citizens with quality police services through the highest degree of ethical behavior, fairness, and professional conduct.

Remembering that our citizens are in fact customers, we embrace a community oriented philosophy of policing that will enhance the quality of life, decrease the fear of crime and disorder, protect life and property and, most importantly, safeguard the constitutional guarantees for all.
